At Foodstuffs there is a proud history that dates back to 6 July 1922 when the first Foodstuffs co-operative was formed in Auckland. Almost 100 years ago!
This organisation with strong guidelines around their values, make a point to say that it is not just about the fresh produce, or the quality brands they have available to their customers; it’s about the smile across the counter and the friendly conversation at the checkout. Their owner-operators play a key role in their communities, with many being among their communities’ largest employers. They are also heavily involved in their local area; often donating time, money and goods to community organisations.
Race 4 Life is fortunate to be one of those organisations. Early in 2021 Foodstuffs generously agreed to support all our Patient and Fundraising events. On top of this, they have committed to sponsoring monthly wishes, where three families will have a $200 voucher included in their wish package.
