Graham and Mery are the loving parents of Marcos and Daniel. Both parents were diagnosed with lung cancer.
The couple wished to have a family holiday in their favourite town, beautiful in all seasons, Queenstown. Their special dream to go hot air ballooning. Very sadly Mery passed away before the trip went ahead. In Mery’s memory, Graham honoured this wish, and ensured their boys experienced the wonderful adventure they had planned together.
Queenstown once again demonstrated the very best of humanity and gave so much to allow this beautiful wish to happen 
A car from GO Rentals ensured Graham and the boys could easily visit the places on their busy itinerary, and their lovely accommodation at Coronet View Apartments, Queenstown was perfect.
Lone Star Queenstown welcomed the family to Queenstown, and Graham commented that they served the best lamb he has ever tasted!
As with the whole itinerary, the adventures on the first day were perfect for creating memories! These included a high adrenaline visit to Skyline & Luge, Queenstown and an exciting and sometimes wet adventure with the Shotover Jet! Energy was restored in the most delicious way that night at Winnies Gourmet Pizza Bar 
Next up was Highlands – Experience the Exceptional, where they visited the mind-blowing car collection and just happened to run into motorsport legend Greg Murphy on the way out! Graham was not shy in getting the necessary selfies! The boys enjoyed a great lunch, and experienced hotlaps with awesome pro driver Paul. More thrills, although underwear this time, followed with a visit to the brilliant Hydro Attack. This experience even came complete with sharks!
A visit to Queenstown is not complete without a visit to iconic Ferg Burger, Queenstown, New Zealand. The team escaped the queues and were looked after a treat. The amazing meal was topped off with a serving of souvenir hoodies for Graham and his boys!! Thanks team!
The next day the speed was of the four legged variety, and Lighthorse Adventures – Glenorchy provided perfect horses and a gorgeous scenic trek. All had loads of fun, Marcos in particular loved it!
Still going, the team headed back to Highlands – Experience the Exceptional to lay down some rubber on the incredibly fast karting track. A gorgeous dinner and attentive service at Brazz Steakhouse & Bar ended the day.
Saturday arrived, and an early morning call confirmed perfect hot air ballooning weather for the flight with Sunrise Balloons that ventured over the majestic Remarkables, Mt Aspiring and Mt Cook. It is not surprising that this part of the couple’s wish was incredibly special for Graham.
The final adventure again saw the boys “flying”, although this time at iFLY Queenstown, yet another incredibly unique and exciting experience for them all to share.
