Gey Tsyn Zam had only just turned 65 before receiving a diagnosis of brain cancer.
Due to the progression of his illness, Gey Tsyn could not achieve his original wish, so a new wish was put into motion. A dinner out and a celebration of life! The timing for this special wish was perfect as family had already gathered in Auckland having travelled from Wellington and Australia.
The venue chosen was an old favourite of Gey Tsyn, The Yacht Chinese Restaurant in Avondale. It was a wonderful evening, surrounded by loving family and friends, and no doubt many stories where shared and many laughs were enjoyed. The food was amazing and plentiful.
